We collect information you provide directly to us:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and name.
- Google Sign-In: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. We do not access any other Google data.
- Uploaded Content: Architectural sketches and images you upload to generate renders.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our service, including generation history and preferences.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our services
- Process your render generations
- Send you technical notices and support messages
- Respond to your comments and questions
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:
- Supabase: Authentication and database services. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
- Cloudflare R2: Image storage. Your uploaded sketches and generated renders are stored on Cloudflare R2.
- Google Gemini: AI image generation. Your sketches are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate renders. Google does not store your images after processing.
- Resend: Transactional email delivery. Used to send account-related emails such as password resets and notifications.
- Google Analytics: Product analytics for page usage and performance insights. Loaded only after analytics consent.
- CookieYes: Consent management platform for cookie preferences and consent logging (enabled only when configured).
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your designs with third parties or use them to train AI models.

You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of your data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Export your data
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and uploaded content within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.
8. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your data based on: (a) your consent when creating an account, (b) the necessity to perform our contract with you (providing the service), and (c) our legitimate interests in improving and securing the service.
9. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and the European Union, where our third-party service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
