2. Description of Service
Archilip is an AI-powered platform that transforms architectural sketches into photorealistic renders. Our service uses Google's Gemini AI technology to process your images and generate renders.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your original sketches and designs. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating renders.
The Archilip platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
5. Credits and Payment
Our service operates on a credit-based system:
- Credits are used to generate renders
- Credit prices and packages may change with notice
- Unused credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our service to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Violate intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI technology
- Abuse or exploit the service in any way
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that renders will meet your specific requirements or expectations. AI-generated results may vary.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service.
11. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Archilip. By using our service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, pandemics, government actions, or internet/infrastructure failures.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archilip from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
